I enjoy most genres. For novels, I particularly enjoy:​

What are your favorite tropes?

My favorite tropes are:
-Found family
-Grumpy/Sunshine
-Mutual pining
-Vampires
-Morally grey character experiences soft feelings and doesn't know what to do with them!

Are there any genres you don't work with?

I do not work with:
-Memoir, self-help, or other non-fiction manuscripts
-Slasher horror
-Shark horror
-Most erotica (Ask me for more info!)
-Most monster romance (Humanoid monsters are fine!)

I also do not accept work that is: bigoted, racist, pro-colonialism, misogynist, queerphobic, transphobic, antisemitic, ableist, ageist, that romanticizes abuse or predatory behavior, or is otherwise harmful. 

Do you accept spicy books?

I do accept spicy books! While I am not a good fit for most erotica, spicy romance and other books with spice in them are fine. 

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes, though it depends on the project and the editing or book service! I typically break down the cost of bigger purchases into 2-4 payments. I am open to discussing what works best for you!

How do you accept payments?

PayPal is my preferred method, but I also accept Venmo or Zelle! 

How should I submit my manuscript? In Word, Google Docs, or PDF?

Potentially, any of them!

If I am making sidebar comments on your manuscript, I prefer Word for ease of use and greater security. I will accept Google Docs so long as I can make a new document with your manuscript, create comments on there, and submit it to you when it’s done. That way, you are not alerted every time I make a comment, as I often go back and edit them. I will not accept PDF if I am making sidebar comments due to difficulty of use and space for making comments.

Keep in mind that Google Docs is often less secure than Word, as it may use your manuscript to feed its generative AI programs. Unfortunately, Word may also start doing this, as it is owned by Adobe, which has been most to feed artists’ work to generative AI.

If I am NOT making comments on your manuscript, I will accept either Word, Google Docs, or PDF!

I will never share your work with anyone, in full or in part, without express written permission from you. All my contracts include NDAs to guarantee confidentiality of authors’ work and private information!
